Axminster carpet is most commonly woven with 80% wool & 20% nylon, while our company uses the highest quality 40% New Zealand wool, 40% British wool and 20% nylon. It is a perfect solution for high traffic areas, even places like casinos or hotel lobbies and ballroom, this type of carpet offers long-lasting beauty and extra strength. 2-ply yarns are twist-dyed in vibrant colors to bring the carpet design to life. With our established creative and technical expertise and using advanced weaving techniques to produce entire designs 'weaved to plan, allow us to create designs without limitation of complexity. Our goal is to minimize the number of seaming and installation time, arrange perfectly in every aspect, but minimizing the cost of wastage and production as well. 

 

Design repeats can be virtually any length, or even none, creating a growing variety of designs. Initial design concepts are evaluated by our design and planning team to create detailed technical drawings, providing the most suitable installation options.

 

By using high-speed machines, we can produce highly intricate and creative designs, using up to 16 colours. With this manufacturing flexibility and versatility, each custom carpet is truly unique and a wonderful expression of the designer's creativity.
